J&L Ventures PLT was established in Malaysia by two brothers with a shared ambition to build businesses beyond the limitations of individual freelance work.

After developing their professional careers independently, the founders created J&L Ventures as a platform through which experience, networks and resources could be combined — while creating room for new services, products, projects and ventures.

Technology is part of our foundation. It does not define our boundaries.

J&L Ventures is deliberately founder-led. We stay close to the work, make decisions quickly and measure ourselves by outcomes — not organisational size.

Solutions Architect and Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 12+ years of hands-on experience across enterprise, fintech and integration-heavy platforms — from cloud-native payments at scale (235k+ users across 12 PSPs) and consular systems to AI-enabled product engineering. MBA (Business Analytics), University of Malaya. Based in Kuala Lumpur.

Works across frontend and backend — Angular, React, Next.js, Laravel, NestJS and Google Cloud Platform — with a practical focus on performance, delivery and production-ready systems. Complements J&L Ventures' technology practice through disciplined execution and clear collaboration with clients and partners.
